Steering wheel buttons have no backlight, sometimes it is flickering for few buttons while other some are completely no backlight and other have some backlight.

Complained to dealership, I don't know why they say there is NO PROBLEM for 3 times until I have it on video and showed them.

There is a huge gap miscommunication between service desk employees and back-end technicians.
