First power steering went out, then lights on dash all started flashing, there was no acceleration and a burning smell as we pulled off road. Opened hood and found the alternator wire at battery had melted. Took to garage and found that the 150 amp fuse block was shorted internally and fuse not blown. $30 for OEM part and the other $70 on labor to find issue. They said it will cause battery drain and all kinds of issues.
