CarComplaints.com Notes: There are just too many engine stalls or shuts down while driving reports to feel good about the Sorento. Especially when those things happen, on average, at just over 32,000 miles. Hopefully things will change.
Parked the car around 7pm on Monday night went out Tuesday at 11:30 for lunch and the inside of the car was melted and full of smoke. Called ALLSTATE (dropping them ASAP) contacted KIA to check on recalls for the seat warmers. Still have no claim started with Allstate waiting on the adjuster to come out (grrrr) checking around to see if anyone else have this kind of problem with the seat warmer shorting out and burning the seats.
