Instead of a truck-like body-on-frame more capable of offroad adventures, the newest Sorento is a unibody construction and is much more crossover than sport utility. The changes brought a whole slew of problems, including a frustrating problem where the door that won’t open. Is it too late to go back?
i leased the car dec 2011, shortly after, car will not start using the smart key took it to kia depot theysaid nothing wrong with it, then i took it kia irvine they said they had to change a switch at brake . Ok then I kept getting stuck and calling roadside assistance at least 6 times and AAA at least 3 times to get it starded. January 2014 same problem happened again and again the car will not respond to smart key!!. TCalledroadside assistance started the car and informed that I need a new battery. bought new new batery.
Had a long conversation with manager, who said he wil keep it 3 more days until his super mechanic comes to work. So i am out of a car for 5 days????
