My husband was driving and the car started accelerating on its own. He almost hit two cars but was able to get it to the side of the road and pull the emergency brake which stopped it. He had it towed after this incident but was very shaken up and even if fixed was afraid to drive it again because of this. I don't trust the Kia brand anymore - I hope this never happens to anyone because this situation could have been so much worse...
