I asked the service dept as soon as I noticed a small dent the size of a pen in the back hatch in the upper right side of the license plate. They basically just ignored me. I again went in for service 3 months later with a much larger dent and asked again and even pointed out the same dent in a sorento in their shop, again just ignored. The next service I went in for the dent now the size of a baseball to softball made a point for the manager to look at it. He advised me that I pushed the back shut in this spot and caused this dent. What a joke as I do not push anywhere around that area to shut the back. I made a complaint on the consumer affairs site and the district manager came and looked at it and he said nothing about me shutting it wrong, he said I apparently made contact with something. HELLO I have been complaining about this forever and I did not back my car into something, STUPID. I had over 50 pictures with me of Sorentos with the exact same dent. At first he said no he did not want to look at them because that will not change his mind that this is not a KIA issue. He then looked at them and said since these pictures came off the internet and are from all different states that they may have came into contact with something as well. I will NEVER buy a KIA again in my life as the service dept and managers are a bunch of F'ING IDIOTS. NEVER BUY A CAR FROM BRIGGS KIA IN TOPEKA UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE A PIECE OF CRAP and never get anything fixed.
