The contact owns a 2004 Kia Sorento. The contact stated that both rear doors have corrosion on them and have caused pieces of rust to fall off when the door was opened. The dealer concluded that the failure was caused by the entrance of rock chips. The vehicle was repaired at an expense of $70 by using a black spray to eliminate the corrosion. The failure mileage was 36,000 and the current mileage was 63,000.
