Brake rotors warp without explanation and require replacement. This has happened at three month intervals without any explaination by repair persons as to cause or long term solution.
Rotors feel like they're warped again. I feel like this car is a lemon with all the recalls & things going wrong with the brakes. After I read all the other complaints about the Kia I would like to give the car back to them if they would make good on the loan and get me out from under it. And make me free and clear of it. I don't want to have to take it back to have something done to it every 6 months.
Consumer has replaced the rotors and pads 3 times. Consumer believes there is a design flaw in the braking system which causes pulsation and hard stopping. Nlm
Brake rotors on driver's side were replaced after 1500 miles due to excessive wear. They were replaced again at 3700 miles due to uneveness. Took to dealer & informed by mechanic a pulsation should occur before having any problems with rotors. Rotors were defective in beginning.
When the brakes are applied rotors do not feel right. Took vehicle to dealer & mechanic indicated the rotors were warped & needed replacing. Vehicle's been to dealer at least 4 times for same problem with brake rotors, and each time they were replaced.
Faulty disc brake rotors. 1st incident noticed at 5,000 miles. Dealer had them turned. 2nd. Incident occurred at 28,000 miles. Dealer notified and refused to repair unless cost goes to consumer.
While driving brakes are cutting into the rotors, causing the car to have extended stopping distances.dealer has been notified and replaced the brakes, but the problem has not been remedied. Please provide any futher information.
