The brakes on this car are terrible! I have been in and out of the shop since this car was bought. I have had numerous pad and rotor replacements. I even got into a rear-end accident 1 1/2 years ago that I could have avoided with competent brakes. I now have to replace the drums and rear shoes because they have been working overtime to compensate for the poor front brakes. Thanks a bunch Kia! worst car I've ever driven.
The front rotors warped and the brake pads were worn causing vibration when braking, the brake pedal went to the floor due to faulty rear brake shoes. Nlm
Warped rotors and cracked pads cause thr vehice to vibrate severly during normal highway speeds making the vehicle hard to control, at last service the car was not properly repaired causing it to run through a red light and into a ditch. Nlm

Consumer has replaced the rotors and pads 3 times. Consumer believes there is a design flaw in the braking system which causes pulsation and hard stopping. Nlm
There is an excessive amount of brake dust on the tires, and the vehicle hesitates when applying the brake pedal. Dealer says vehicle wears out brake pads quickly, and it's normal.
When brakes are applied the pedal goes to the floor, resulting in extended stopping distance. Dealer has replaced the brake pads. Problem has not yet been resolved.
