I had only had my 2021 Kia Seltos for about 5 months when a crack suddenly appeared about halfway across my front windshield starting in the lower left hand corner (drivers side). I had taken the car to the store one morning parked in in my driveway (no cracks in windshield when parked) and went back to it about 30 minutes later to run another errand - and low and behold my windshield has a crack that came up that extended half way across my windshield! This was beyond frustrating as there were no apparent rock hits that I could see or remember.
A friend of mine also has a 2021 Kia Seltos and her vehicle had a crack to appear the same week as mine!! Took car to dealership to see what they would do and surprise, surprise, KIA has refused to replace the windshield! This is garbage, I have never had a front windshield to crack so easily in all my driving. I have only had to replace 1 other windshield and that was due to a big rock being thrown from a gravel truck... KIA NEEDS TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE QUALITY OF THEIR FRONT WINDSHIELD GLASS!
