2017 Kia Sedona oem tires kumho crugen 235/65R17 104H X 4 all factory installed tires replaced due to vibration/ safety concerns due to belt separation in 2019 with 2 with less than 20K remaining 2 with less than 30K. Replaced X 4 with identical size make and model. 1/21/2020 experienced non repairable tire failure due to belt separation/ rupture on tread surface. Approx 40K miles on affected tire with usable tread left. Trying to fill out this form to encompass a history of 5 tire failures for belt separation over an 18 month period for a line of tires produced over three years is confusing, thanks
