I purchased a new 2016 Sedona Kia that had Hancook tires on the vehicle in July of 2016.
I've had premature tire wear since then on Hancook tires. Your continuous use of Hancook products has caused me to replace my tires twice already and now I'm told I need another set. Kia continues to offer Hancook tires to their customers for replacements. I have only 50000 miles. Go figure.
After reviewing the vast complaints on Hancook tires for premature tire wear I haven't seen a response on the tires It looks as though Hancook and Kia hasn't looked at Quality period as the last 3 years can attest. Their tires hasn't improved any.
I'm having Goodyear to replace my tires with Bridgestone and their tire is guaranteed for 80000 miles with normal use and maintenance. Plus their only $150.00 more than Hancook which has a tire warranty for 30000 to 35000 miles.
If I don't receive a response no problem. I'll report this problem to the Better Business Bureau and it does work.
I worked in Quality Control and as a Quality Engineer with over 35 years experience. It looks to me as though Kia's customers are second and Hancook is first. I don't know about others folks out there but this does concern me not only as a cost but safety too.
Business's should know by now with all the competition that if you don't take care of your customers someone else will.
