The first time it happened I was driving down the road, all the lights on the dash came on and nothing worked on dash. I called dealership and took it to them. Next day the returned my vehicle said that it was an recall for an update on the computer. A week to the day I got in my car after work and started the car, again all lights came on nothing working on dash and the air was blowing hot air (took picture of dash). Could not get my car to come out of park. I called the dealership and had to have vehicle towed. They have now had my car for 8 days this time and say they cannot duplicate error and computer is saying that there is nothing wrong. They don't feel like the vehicle is safe for me to drive but don't have any solutions. I noticed a similar problem with a 2016 Kia in Texas and wondered if they ever found a solution?
