Left mirror sticks in down position after backing up. Had the minivan in for other service in October 2019 and brought this condition to the service writer. The dealer could not duplicate the trouble. Since then I found that pressing the the left mirror selector switch very hard, the mirror would come back up...
I had it in the service department 2 more times and was not fixed since they could not get it to fail when in the service dept. Problem has just recurred August 30, 2020, and I have purchased a new left door switch assembly which contains the window, mirror and door lock controls, which I intend to replace myself after understanding how to properly remove the left door panel without damage. I find this condition to be a safety hazard as when driving I can't see traffic approaching on the left lanes.
