KIA Sedona is so terrible car. Because I experienced lots of car problems and poor service about KIA Sedona and car agency in only one year after buying the car. For example, several times' water leaking of sun roof, Front window's projecting rubber, Flat tire, Failure of auto alarm, etc..
The worst thing is terrible service of KIA car agency and Support Center. They didn't take care of customer's inconvenience and discomport due to their car, not at all. And they didn't response customer's problem. Their service is so terrible.
So I would not buy KIA car in the future any more.

Hi.. I am owner of Kia Sedona that I bought a new car on 09/10/2014 from your company. The time went by only over 1 year. But I had some severe complaint about my Sedona because of lots of problem and the 3rd consecutive issues about same cause about my car.
So I formally request you refund cash to me by New Jersey's Lemon Law because of several time's trouble of same cause since 11/19/2014. Reasons of refund are as below.
Last week(11/4~11/8), I took a trip to Canada with my family by my car. But during traveling the Sedona had lots of problem. When I was driving with my car in the expressway very fast in Canada on 11/04/2015, I heard some continuous alarm and the window shaking noisily from my car. So After urgent temporary parking my car at the shoulder of a road, I checked my Sedona. At that time, I was so surprised with my car’s front window status. Right side's fixing rubber of front window was broadly protruded from window's crack. Thus I pushed and fixed the rubber. And I drove my car. After every 2~3 minutes, same problem was repeated. So I couldn’t drive fast any more. So I had lots of stresses and spent my important holiday time.
On 11/06/2015, on my way to Toronto from Kingston of Ontario, I heard more big and noisy window shaking from my car. So I rapidly stopped my car at the shoulder of expressway in spite of car accident’s danger and I checked my car. At this time, Upper part's fixing rubber of front window was broadly protruded from window's crack. So I fixed that problem and I drove my car. After every 2~3 minutes, same problem was repeated. So I found about 25 miles’ distance of KIA dealership of from my car navigation and I drove my car slowly. When I arrived Boyer KIA dealership, the staff told me that it took about 4~5 hours to fix the window and I had to pay extra money because of different corporations between US and Canada. After that, Boyer KIA recommend to me another car center to fix my car. Thus I went to the car center. Because I was traveling throughout Canada, I had enough time to fix my car. So the car center temporarily fixed my car’s front window by taping.
After all, I had a lot of stresses with my car problem and took lots of risk at the shoulder of expressway to fix my car’s window shaking. Also I spent lots of import my family’s travel time uselessly at the road and for searching for car dealership and for fixing my car. So my travel schedule was spoiled completely and I couldn’t finish and enjoy my all travel. Who will compensate us for damage?
The most thing is this problem is the 3rd consecutive problem about same cause. Due to water leaking of sun roof since 11/19/2014, Prestige KIA (Tenafly City, NJ) tore off front window of my car. After that, this time’s window problem was happened. Unless I fixed the problem as soon as possible, on rainy day, water would drop in my car from front window’s crack.
Before my this time’s traveling, there are several times car problem. For example, on September, 2015, Alarm signal was turned continuously on due to failure of automatic recognition. And on October,2015, Alarm signal was turned also on due to the flat tire except below lots of attached problem. So far, I tried to understand your company. But There are more car problem as time goes on. So I can’t understand you any more.
Thus I formally request you refund cash to me by New Jersey's Lemon Law because of several time's trouble of same cause since 11/19/2014.

Complaint about KIA Sedona 01.20.2015 I had some complaint about my new KIA car, Sedona. My car, Sedona was out of order again. (01/18/2015) This is the third time so far that water has leaking and dropping from roof or ceiling of my car due to same cause. Times have only passed 4 months since I bought the new car from the Prestige KIA at Tenafly in September 10th last year. When my car was leaking water from the ceiling at first and I went to the Prestige KIA at Tenafly(11/19/2014). They said to me "Sun roof of the car was leaking and we repaired that" Atfer that some weeks later, water was leaking again in my car. So My wife went to the Prestige KIA at Tenafly too.(12/06/2014) I wanted to repair my car completely. I dislike spending my important times any more. And I wanted to check and verify affected parts(Audio system, air conditioner, USB, several buttons of roof and etc) and removing stain by dropping water. But they didn't care about them. They said to me "they weren't affected by dropping water not at all" . So I was very upset and angry about their unkindness and misunderstanding. It was the second time's out of order since I bought a new car in September last year. I already spent my important times on worrying about, repairing, waiting my car. But they only said to me "No problem, We will only repair leaking part" So I connected KIA online site(kia.com/us) and raised my car's problem. And then I received a call from KIA Service Center and I went to the Prestige KIA at Tenafly for repairing my car. (maybe 12/28/2014) They said to me "Window shield of the car was out of order and we repaired that" About two weeks later (01/18/2015), It was rainy day. My car was leaking and dropping water from the ceiling again and again. Water was dropping on the air conditioner, USB Connector, Cup holder and bottom seat. (I took a picture and had a VOD about dropping water scene. But I can't attach file to your site.) What's happing? Are you kidding me?
I was very upset and angry about my car problem. I and my wife had big stress due to this issue. And I already spent many time on several time's issueing, waiting, repairing my car and so on. I can't stand and refrain from this problem any more. Times have only passed 4 months since I bought the car in September last year. But It happened three time's problem of my car due to same cause. I want to give me some fundamental resolve and solution of your company. I can't believe your engineer and your company any more. And then I can't stand uncompotable and unconvenience because of my car's problem. I bought and took delivery a KIA  SEDONA on 09/10/2014 from Prestige KIA at Tenafly.  Unfortunately since about 1 month later, drop of water has fallen from the roof of car when it was rainy day.  So I and my wife visited the Prestige KIA at Tenafly and repaired leaking part of sun roof.  But some days later, water was dropping on the audio and air conditioner system from the roof of car again.  I also visited the Prestige KIA.  I asked the staff for repairing the leaking parts, removing some stain due to leaking water and verifying parts(ex. audio system, air conditioner system, USB Connector etc) that was dropped and affected by water.  But the staff of KIA said to me only repairing of leaking part(Window shield).  I was very upset because time went by only 1~2 months after I bought the car.  But I should have gone to KIA several times because of repairing the car. So I spent my and my wife's many important time to explain some situation and ask, repair the car.  However the staff of Prestige KIA didn't take care of our mind and spending time.  And then They didn't understood our inconvenience absolutely.  They said to us only repairing leaking parts except removing stain and verifying affected parts by dropping water and etc.  So I was very disappointed with them.  And then We required to top manager meeting with us to the staff on 12/06/2014. But I didn't receive any response(mail, e-mail, phone call).  I think the staff of KIA are very unkind and unfriendly.  Actully, I formally require to KIA that my car become completely repair all parts(leaking parts, removing stains, verifying and repairing being affected parts(audio system, air conditioner system, Usb connetor etc) by dropping water).  And then I want to recive your response as soon as possibe.Â

I wrote on your site about my Sedona's complaint 01/20/2015. Today is 01/28/2015. But I didn't receive your response. I am waiting for your best solution for my car's problem. And then I want to recive your response as soon as possibe.
02/05/2015 Request of follow up repairing car Call of consumer assistance center with assistant and Korean translator. Request of carrying and quick repairing my car. But the assistant told me going to the KIA dealership by myself.
So I ask to you to repair my car at this time completely because I dislike going to the your dealership for repairing my car any more.. If your dealership fail to repair my car at this time, I request you exchange new car or refund cash to me by New Jersey's Lemon Law because of several time's trouble of same cause since 11/19/2014.
02/05/2015 Request of follow up repairing car
My wife went to the Prestige KIA at Tenafly for repairing my car, SEDONA and left the car at Prestige KIA today(02.05/2015). So I want to you to follow up and check up repairing the car. My case Number of your consumer assistance center is K2873966.
But I and My wife can't be satisfied with service of Prestige KIA and was very disappointed with their faithless. Because It was the third time that My wife has gone to the Prestige KIA at Tenafly for repairing my car since 02/03/2015. It was as below.
1. 02/03/2015 : When my wife went to the Prestige KIA for repairing my car, Staff said to my wife "Come tomorrow again because of removing snow outside of Prestige KIA". So my wife come back home.
2. 02/04/2015 : When my wife went to the Prestige KIA again, Staff also said to my wife "Come tomorrow again because of nothing car for rent". So my wife come back home.
3. 02/05/2015 : My wife went to the Prestige KIA again and she barely assigned the car at Prestige KIA for repairing. The service of Prestige KIA is so terrible.
I dislike going to the your dealership for repairing my car any more. So I ask to you to repair my car at this time completely. If your dealership fail to repair my car at this time, I request you exchange new car or refund cash to me by New Jersey's Lemon Law because of several time's trouble of same cause since 11/19/2014.
