The contact owns a 2011 Kia Sedona. The contact received notification of NHTSA campaign numbers: 16V387000 (suspension) and 18V363000 (air bags). The contact called Kia autosport pensacola at 888-320-3890 (located at 6637 pensacola blvd, pensacola, fl 32505) and was informed that the parts were not available. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue and was not able to confirm when the parts were to become available. The contact had not experienced a failure. Parts distribution disconnect.
Both my passenger and driver side air bag lights are on. I took the car apx. 1 1/2 - 2 years ago about the driver air bag light on and the Kia dealership said it was fixed. It came back on about 2 months later. I am now being told I have to replace a sensor on the passenger side in the seat to fix the passenger side and a sensor in the seatbelt to fix the driver side. This is an ongoing issue.
