While driving around the neighborhood on a normal basic day, issues with the van, loss of all the power. I drive to the side with very low power, then I shut it down.. surprised about the unit behavior. I give the unit about five minutes, I try to start again and it starts again with no problems. I read about the recalls in forum but no one really has specific problem, but related yes. I take the van to a local electric car service center and the conclusion was an automatic reset of the computer, problems disappear for a while.

Now I have the TPS (trottle position sensor )and the PTS (Pedal trottle sensor) on failure codes..I was reading at this forum many complaints and I know something very serious about the computer is happening to these units, just Kia, for costly reasons, don't want to admit. This computers needs resetting or replacement if necessary. ..
