First thought that the washer fluid was frozen. Put the Van into the Garage to get warmed up. Ran engine, also showing it was almost 45 in the Garage & Engine was HOT still no washer fluid. Checked the fuses & it was burnt out. Changed it & it worked for 20 mins then stopped working again. Rechecked the fuses & again burnt out. Replaced with higher fuse & again burnt out. Now has new fuse but never even worked at all like b4 so now I'm thinking its the Washer motor.
