The contact owns a 2003 Kia Sedona. The contact noticed that the windshield was cracked in the middle of the dashboard towards the bottom. The failure was not a result of normal wear and tear. When a sharp turn was made, the contact heard a cracking noise similar to metal rubbing against metal. He believed that the failure originated from the glass frame. The dealer and manufacturer have not been notified. The VIN was unknown. The current mileage was approximately 45,000 and failure mileage was approximately 41,000.
