Small leak in oil pan, then all of a sudden car stops running. Seems like the engine is gone. WTH??? No check engine lights came on, no temp gauge indications, nothing. I wonder if the prob with the lights/wiring could be linked because no lights came on, maybe the electrical is the issue. Either way I have no car now. At all.
The car has only 4.5 years 129000 km oil pan was rusted all over on both side and leaking on my driveway. the car is supposed to be garanties for 160000 km and 5 years but the dealer told me this part (the oil pan) is not part of the warrenty ???? I found this to be the first time i have to change a oil pan on one of my car for corrosion....
I hope KIA will improved his service for this corrosion problem. Marc C.
