It has taken a month for Lindsay KIA in /Wheaton Maryland to get the "part" to make our Rondo stop screeching when making a hard turn and the the air conditioner is on. They have had it in their shop for a month and we don't even call anymore to give us the status. The "Regional Representative" called and said he would help but he does not return phone calls and will not help. We had to plead for a rental. They don't even call us to give us the status anymore. Our car just sits in Linsday KIA of Wheaton Maryland as they "wait for the part" "bring experts in" and fix the wrong thing. This car is just a year old. This sucks!!!!!!
