I brought this car on two separate occasions (11/13 & 11/30/2014) in to the service department. The first time the car had condensation on the interior of the windshield and back window. The service department couldn't find a problem. The second time the car had ice on the interior of the windshield and back window. I made several suggestions as to what the issue could be. I just received a call that they couldn't find anything wrong with the car. I noticed that several cars sitting in the car dealer's lot also had ice on the interior of the windshield. No other car in the housing area where I live seems to have this issue, not even the old clunkers.
Here I have a brand new car, which I bought thinking I wouldn't have any problems. HA! Now I have to make myself ready even earlier so I can go out to scrape off the ice on the outside, which is normal, but also the inside. How crazy is that!!! I am so angry, I could spit fire. I feel I'm being treated as if I'm nuts for thinking this is an issue. Comments from the sales rep. like "Oh, I've seen cars in my neighborhood with condensation", doesn't really help my problem. And I feel as if I'm not being taken seriously.
If I wanted to scrape ice from the interior of the windshield I would have bought a convertible and left the top down.
