First time I reported this to the dealer they told me my cabin filter was soaked so they replaced it at my cost. The smell went away for 3 days then returned. After dealing with it for several months the smell has now gotten worse. I've made an appointment to have my regular service done as well as deal with the smell problem and I'm told that they have a chemical they can flush the vent with to make the smell go away. I inquired if this will be a cost to me and he wouldn't give me a straight answer???? Pretty sure a car with less than 30,000 miles should not smell like it's been through a flood nor should I endure the cost to make it not!!!! After Googling this problem I've found this isn't the first time this has been reported in Kia cars and apparently there is an issue! This will be my first and last Kia no doubt!
