I Brought KIA RIO 2012 Model on 7th March 2012 and AC was not cooling well after 2 months , I went to it Service Agency Al Jabr Trading Dammmam with this complaints on 11th May 2012, they given me an appointment after 8 days on 19th May they taken the car and returned me on 20th without rectifying the complaints , when I notice this to them they again taken the vehicle and inform me after 3 days that AC Compressor is leaking and it will take 15 to 20days to get the parts.
This is very very bad misbehavior from any company towards its customer, when I requested them to give alternative vehicle or transport arrangement they asked me to go and complaint.
With all due respect I am writing this to KIA to rectify my vehicle manufacturing defect and compensate for my loss for the last 25 days
