Transmission having problem shifting. It stuck in the third gear, check engine will come on when it is particularly bad. It usually happens around 40 mph when merging to the highway. It put me in a dangerous situation several times. The car has been taken to the BEYER AUTO dealer (Falls Church VA) the tech found code P0717 and replaced speed sensor for $260 last month but it seems that there should be another reason for this issue. It is really frustrating me. Sometimes I feel a strong jerk or clunk while shifting the from P to D or R. College park MD
