1.- A/C hears the blower working, but air thru the vents barely feels like the air is directed somewhere else - but you can't feel the air. The dealer told me If you do the service to the A/C maybe it will solve the problem, of course nothing related with the problem, different guys in service same comment.
2.- The Surround Sound deactivates itself, I have to turn it on from time to time, and some times when touch the option it suddenly change to FM instead of stay on Sirius or media. I asked the dealer if there's any update to the sound system, but they don't even care.
3.- The transmission suddenly stutters from time to time and when you push accelerator in a gentle way, the car feels like you pushed hard. The dealer says the transmission service will solve it, and it's not fixed it does the same.
4.- When you open one of the doors while all are locked up they all open at once with out touching anything else other that the inside door handle. Once again dealer don't know nothing about.
5.- Mirrors the right hand side moves correctly when you shift to reverse, but when you shift to N or Drive the mirror looks out of the memorized setting, this happens also from time to time, even if you adjusted again the same.
6.- The reverse Screen stutters so it can be dangerous..
7.- One of the vents from the A/C the left hand side peels by it self on the chrome finish, Kia don't want to take care because it was out of warranty of 12000 miles, how can that be possible? My other car is fine.
I don't trust cruise control, and some other security items, I feel like they may fail when you most need it. The paint seems to be no so resistant it scratch easy it looks like the car wasn't paint very well, I have another Kia 2017 with very good paint.
I understand that those are multiple problems and all may be related to some kind of a software malfunction. Like I said it was random and not all at the same time.
