I just can't imagine going through 1" of water (unknowingly until we hit it) would get in the trunk and ruin a $7000 battery. There has to be something wrong with the bottom of the trunk if the cover in the trunk was dry and there was no indication that there was water in the trunk. This has cost me 2 days of pay, 2 days in a hotel and having to eat out for 2 days because we were 350 miles from home. It was really hard because I had my sister with me who is an invalid. This really sucks.
