I was driving last night, heard a click, and the map lights came on on their own. I tried to turn the lights off by pushing the buttons. After getting home I shut the car off, removed the keys, opened the doors, and everything else I could think of to make the lights go off. They remained on. I took it to the dealer today and was told that I left the map lights in the on position and that is why they would not turn off. I explained again how they came on and that I did NOT turn the lights on. They proceeded to tell me there was no problem. In their defense when I got back in the car the lights were off. I fully expect the lights to do this again since there was no correction made. I am upset that this has occurred and no correction could be made and I was treated like I was an idiot.
