The contact owns a 2013 Kia Optima. The contact stated that the horn activated intermittently. The dealer diagnosed that the wires needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired, but the failure recurred. The vehicle was repaired on numerous occasions. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 14,000.
