The shiny metallic detailing on the dashboard is dangerous! When the sun glares off of it, the bright glares of sunlight cause flashes of blinding light into the drivers eyes. This has occurred several times while driving on the freeway which is dangerous as it only takes a second of distraction to cause an accident. Every time I have been temporarily blinded by the glare while driving, I wonder who thought putting metallic accents on the dashboard was a good idea. The dashboard is angled at eye level and any light hitting the metallic details glare directly into the drivers eyes.
It may look good to decorate the interior, but there are many other options besides using blinding metallic details. Please choose a different decorative accent that does not cause glare to the drivers eyes!
