I love my 2012 Optima EX however, the seat heaters cause me grief. I live in the Chicago area & use it often during our nasty winter weather. The driver seat butt heater went out 2 times thankfully they were under warranty at the time. Since I do not sit in the passenger seat often, I assumed the seat heater was working. I was a passenger recently & the heater is dead on the seat, the lumbar still works but the butt warmer is dead. No longer under warranty it would cost over $200 to fix. Rarely used, not a happy lady. My blue tooth has problems, it warbles frequently, not sure why. I did have to have the radio replaced shortly after I purchased the car (it was new). I keep my fingers crossed it will not die again. I do like the car a lot but keep my fingers crossed that no issues will occur going forward.
