This is not a complaint as much as it is my opportunity to share my experience.
The plastic headlight housing appears to have "fused" or melted the lamp fixture to the housing. I discovered this as I removed the bulb for replacement when one of the 2 headlights burned out. The good news is: I've only replaced one headlamp prior to this and I bought the car new in 2010. The bad news is that I now find myself with no headlights until I can get to the dealer for replacements. I expect this will cost at least $600. We'll see how it goes, but I love the car for all other aspects of its reliability, efficiency, and utility purposes. I'll check back in when I get done with the repair.
