After any extended rain period, like a two-dayer or more. Taking the car 3 miles to the local chick filet, by the time i got to the drive thru, the clutch was having trouble returning to the out position. By the time i ordered, it was pegged onto the floor. Note that i never ride the clutch, and i always keep my left foot on the floor unless shifting. I am always in neutral while waiting or at traffic lights. The 'fix' is to take of my left shoe and sock, and drive the car by pulling out the clutch with my toes after shifting. After a few miles, the car shows no sign of the original problem... until the next extended rain.
Update from Jun 7, 2013: The REAL problem was driving on hot days for more than 4 miles. The rain mentioned originally was thought to be a cause, because it happened to be very warm on each day following the rain storms. Once i was able to simply take the car out on a hot day, i was able to replicate the problem. The fix was to install a clutch master cylinder at a cost of about 110 for parts and labor.
