This bulletin provides information to inspect and if necessary, replace the front carpet floor mat anchors on some 2023MY Niro (SG2 EV, P/HEV) vehicles produced from June 21, 2022 through September 21, 2022, which may have the incorrect 'ring type' floor mat anchors installed during assembly. Follow the procedure outlined in this publication to inspect the front carpet floor mat anchors and if necessary, replace the incorrect â??ring typeâ?? with the â??hook typeâ?? floor mat anchors required for U.S. specifications.
