I was on my way home on October 22, 2015 around 9:15 pm and I had my address destination set in my navigation system. Half way home the navigation system screen went pure black and the system rebooted. We were coming up on an intersection and since the navigation was in the middle of the reboot, I wasn't sure if I needed to take the turn or not so I went straight - bad decision!!! When the navigation system finally decided to reboot and that stupid security screen popped up, it had set a new destination on its own and was directing us to the opposite of town we needed to go to. We had to actually pull over, cancel this new destination, and then tell it to "Go Home". This has happened 3 times since that night. I have a video showing the navigation system going blank and rebooting. This car is a nightmare!!!
