I'm an advanced engine performance and electrical diagnostician. I own a 2017 Kia Forte5 2.0. The engine would hesitate a lot through out the power band and also misfire on cold starts and the MPG was suffering. After adjusting the spark plug gap to 0.30 from 0.43 most of the hesitation was gone, engine hardly ever misfires and I got additional 3-5 MPG.
