I bought the 2014 Kia Forte in July 1015 and when I did the demo we only listened to the radio. When you use FM radio or Sirus the stereo works fine, it has a good volume and nice bass. But, if you listen to your own music via and other of the media sources (eg. mp3, CD, Bluetooth, or direct wire) these all have very quite volume and no bass at all. You have to almost double the volume level from FM to hear your media. If you listen to Bluetooth and have the volume turned up to almost max to hear it, then you leave car and don't have phone when you come back the stereo goes back to FM at SUPER LOAD volume and scares the crap out of you. I reported problem to Kia, and took it in for service and they said, that's the way it was made and all is OK. Since I really enjoy my music I am very annoyed with this crappy stereo. If I would have seen this before I bought the car this would have been a DEAL BREAKER for me. I had to spend $450 to buy a much better stereo (quad core android running 4.4.4 with 8" screen).
