KIA MOTORS: ENGINE COMPARTMENT JUNCTION BOX RELAY REPLACEMENT. SOME VEHICLES MANUFACTURED 7/16-8/20, 2009 MAY EXPERIENCE CONCERNS OF INOPERATIVE A/C BLOWER, HIGH/LOW COOLING FANS OR ENGINE STARTER MOTOR. THE CONCERN MAY BE CAUSED BY POOR CONTACTS INSIDE THE FOUR (4) RELAYS LOCATED IN THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT JUNCTION BOX. *PE
