Love bugs were left on hood for four days due to travel. Could not wash some of them off upon return. Those that did come off had already eaten through clear coat. Paint on hood is ruined... will be contacting dealer first, then body shops, to find a resolution. Shame on Kia for such poor paint (many complaints of poor Kia paint quality on this site.)
The bugs came off of my '06 Dodge Ram just fine, with no damage left behind. They'd been on that vehicle for over a week before I could wash it.
