The Arab Mechanics company (Safety plus) which is supposed to be a Maintenance agency for KIA Motors in Cairo-Egypt installed in my Kia Cerato car a tracking system on the 25th of January 2012,it worked for a few months then stopped working.
They took off the device from the car on the 12th of December 2012 ,and since then they neither fixed it nor replaced by another one although it is still in the warranty period.
Being not able to move safely without this device it caused me a lot of problems specially in the circumstances which we are suffering from in Egypt .
I would like you to take an action towards this dereliction.
