TECHNICAL SERVICE BULLETIN: SERVICE ACTION: TIGHTENING OF IGNITION GROUND BOLTS (SA531) -This bulletin provides information to tighten the two (2) ignition ground bracket bolts on certain 2023MY Carnival (KA4) vehicles produced from November 8, 2022 through November 11, 2022, which may not have been properly torqued during assembly and cause the vehicle to exhibit an intermittent engine hesitation and/or poor starting condition.
