TECHNICAL SERVICE BULLETIN: LOW PITCH & HIGH PITCH HORN REPLACEMENT - This bulletin provides information to replace both the low and high pitch horns on some 2022-2023MY Carnival (KA4) vehicles produced from January 4, 2021 through May 2, 2022, which may exhibit and inoperative low or high pitch horn. If either horn is inoperative, then follow the procedure outlined in this publication to replace BOTH low and high pitch horns.
