IMPORTANT REMINDER: 2022MY Carnival Power Sliding Door Function - Kia America, Inc. has recently investigated a small number of potential injury complaints involving child passengers getting their hand caught during the closure of power sliding doors. While we continue to evaluate passenger interaction and vehicle operation related to these complaints, the investigation has revealed that potential injuries could be avoided by highlighting the function and operation of the power sliding doors and automatic stop and reversal system installed in the 2022MY Kia Carnival as provided in the Owner's Manual.
