Mirrors adjust on their won randomly.....2nd time this has happenend, first time was one month ago.

Update from Apr 27, 2015: 12/12/2011 - last fix lasted just over a year, but mirrors started to adjust randomly again. Installed a new momory seat switch (2nd) time for this fix.

Update from Apr 27, 2015: 01/24/13....As we thought.....replacing the memory seat switch failed again. This time they are replacing the memory power mirror switch. mileage 59972
