The contact owns a 2023 Jeep Wrangler. The contact stated that the vehicle failed to start on two occasions. The contact stated that the plug in, check engine, and battery warning lights were illuminated. The vehicle was towed to the local dealer to be diagnosed. The contact was informed that the 12-volt battery needed to be replaced. The 12-volt battery was replaced; however, the contact stated that it was difficult to charge the battery. The contact attempted to recharge the vehicle with other chargers; however, the vehicle failed to recharge. The vehicle was not taken to a dealer to be diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 1,487.
