2021 JL / JT Engine Cover Removal - Dealer notification for removal of cover. Please note that the Aesthetic Engine Cover (05281562AC) has been removed on ALL JL/JT 3.6L Vehicle Configurations. Please note that a lack of engine cover matches engineering release. The engine cover will no longer be included on any 3.6L models of the JL/JT. Additionally, please note that it is OK to proceed to vehicle sale with the related front and rear engine cover brackets (05281948AB, 05281949AB) is OK. Brackets are not required to be removed prior to vehicle sale and will be removed from future vehicle builds. Please note that any dealer attempt to add an engine cover, or remove related bracketry, will be subject to dealer charge back for the associated costs.
