The contact owns a 2021 Jeep Wrangler. The contact received notification of the NHTSA Campaign Number: 22V767000 (Fuel System, Gasoline, Engine) however, the part to do the recall repair was not yet available. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The contact stated while driving at various speed, there was a rattling sound coming from the hood of the vehicle. No warning light was illuminated. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The local dealer was notified of the recall notification and confirmed that the parts were not available for the recall repair. The manufacturer was not notified of the issue. Parts distributions disconnect.

The contact owns a 2021 Jeep Wrangler. The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 22V767000 (Fuel System, Gasoline, Engine) however, the part to do the recall repair was not yet available. The contact stated that an oil pressure alert message was displayed on the instrument panel. The contact took the vehicle to the dealer where a diagnostic test was performed which determined that the oil pressure was low. The dealer linked the failure to the recall and confirmed that the part was not yet available. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue. The failure mileage was approximately 37,600. VIN tool confirms parts not available.
