Hard top back flipper glass defroster grid is inoperative due to connector tab for electric backlight defrost grid broken off. For back flipper glass defroster terminal soldered joint failure, please send an email with the following to FCA Redacted Content: VIN Number Mileage A close up picture of both the back of the failed soldered terminal and the glass side of the failed solder joint. You can also speak to FCA Redacted Content if more information is needed. Please proceed with the repair using the repair kit as called out in the instructions.
