First time Jeep owner here. From the moment my new Jeep was in my possession... there were issues. I'll stick go for main issue though.
The steering is very loose. I've already taken it back to the dealer once and I'm going onto my second time now. It feels as though the alignment is off. They "fixed" it the first time around but it was definitively a bandaid fix.
The steering is definitely loose. You can feel a huge pull to the right when it's windy (regardless of which direction the air it blowing). And a pull to the left during highway driving. You have to really use both hands on the wheel to keep control of the steering. (One handed driving isn't optional, even for skilled drivers). I find myself being pulled into the other lanes constantly whether it's at 45 mph or at 65 mph... the steering is loose no matter what. Unfortunately I've gotten quite a few stares when someone passes me up that saw me having a hard time keeping myself in the lane at a higher speed (usually anything above at 40 mph).
I plan to post an update when I take it in for service regarding this issue for the 2nd time. I really REALLY hope they recall it and just FIX it PLEASE. I love love love my Jeep but I want to feel safe and secure while I drive it.
