The contact stated that the visor startled her, causing her to swerve the vehicle. The contact stated that the visor on the passenger-??s side also detached from the roof anchor point. The contact had taken the vehicle to a local dealer, where it was diagnosed and determined that the visors needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired. The failure reoccurred with both visors. The manufacturer had been informed of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 46,000.

The contact took the vehicle to the local dealer and was informed that the sun visors needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer had not been informed of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 37,660. The consumer stated after reaching out to the dealer with no success, Stellantis was able to reach the dealer and both visors were replaced on 08/31/22.
